DTS Vending Inc

We politely gave DTS vending a 30 day notice that we were switching vending companies. The owner, Darol Smith, hung up on me while I was giving the notice but not before yelling at me that we would not be happy with any other vendor. Then after the 30 day notice, DTS wouldn't come pick up their vending machines. A week and half after the 30 day period passed, I had to call and text multiple times to get a hold of someone to pick up the vending machines. DTS's behavior during this process further solidified that we made the right decision to switch companies.
